La recherche ci-présente est un schéma des photojournalistes qui ont travaillé dans la ville de Campina Grande – PB pendant la période de 1960-2012, ayant comme éléments de soutien des images et des rapports produits par ces professionnels. Le choix de l'objet d'étude est dû essentiellement au fait qu'il n'existe dans région aucun travail de cette ampleur, restant là jusqu'à maintenant un vide qui serait de plus en plus difficile à remplir en raison de la disparition naturelle de photojournalistes et de la façon débraillée dont la plupart des collections publiques et privées sur le sujet a été traitée dans cette ville. La méthodologie utilisée dans la recherche a eu comme point de départ le concept d'iconographie, de nature technique et descriptive, et a exploré quatre types de sources: a) écrites; b) iconographiques; c) orales; d) sources-objets (KOSSOY, 2001). En utilisant l'entretien semi-directif avec l'accent sur l'histoire de vie topique, nous avons récolté le témoignage de 27 personnes, ce qui a généré environ 45 heures d'audio et vidéo, et plus de 60.000 images ont été réunies. Ce cadre, conformément à la méthodologie ci-dessus décrite, nous a aidé à mener une investigation fondée sur l'approche qualitative de caractère descriptif, qui a demandé, par la nature même du sujet, une recherche de terrain. Au delà de cette thèse, tout le matériel recueilli nous fournira des conditions de mener des travaux de recherche ultérieurs, qui seront utiles à d'autres chercheurs dans ce domaine qui puissent s'intéresser à ce sujet. - TeseFronteiras instáveis: inautenticidade intercultural na escola de Foz do IguaçuCarvalho, Francione Oliveira (2011-12-19)

A investigação parte da tese de que a integração cultural presente no imaginário social de Foz do Iguaçu, cidade brasileira de tríplice fronteira localizada no oeste do estado do Paraná, é mais uma construção política e ideológica do que uma expressão autêntica dos habitantes desta cidade. O recorte investigativo se dá a partir das relações sociais estabelecidas entre os habitantes de Foz do Iguaçu e os vizinhos da fronteira argentina, na cidade de Puerto Iguazú, e os moradores da cidade brasileira com os imigrantes de origem árabe. Tendo o Programa Escolas Bilíngues de Fronteira (PEBF) e a Escola Libanesa Brasileira como locais privilegiados da investigação. A partir de Charles Taylor, compreendemos a inautenticidade como ação alienada do sujeito, a falta de percepção sobre as configurações morais e elos referenciais significativos que formam a sua identidade. A percepção que os sujeitos possuem de si mesmos depende de estruturas cognitivas, afinidades comuns e outras qualificações inscritas num cenário que surge das interações com os diversos grupos sociais. Ao ficar alheios a esta percepção, os sujeitos acabam se movendo no espaço público de forma imprecisa e sem autenticidade. Este trabalho tem como objetivo a compreensão dos processos de representação espaço- temporal presentes em Um Filme Falado (obra cinematográfica de Manoel de Oliveira) e Viagem a Portugal (obra literária de José Saramago) , desvendando suas implicações sócio-culturais. O tema da viagem , eixo central de ambas as narrativas, é analisado tendo em vista as percepções construídas pelas personagens / viajantes sobre os lugares visitados, seja em Portugal, seja no Mundo Mediterrânico. The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the everyday life narratives of Sao Paulo's sidewalk residents and its (Re) meanings that enter the field of aesthetic needs. The human being is complex and at the same time transparent, desiring to be someone significant, uses mechanisms to survive as an individual among the society. And, when excluded from the group to which he belongs, he necessarily must (Re) mean, in order to join a new group. In the case of sidewalk residents, this action is exacerbated, becoming more evident the necessity of expression and the use of archetypes in the battle against invisibility within their social group and if possible, achieving to stand out among his peers. The narratives, conducted through interviews, allowed penetrate into a parallel world where neither time has the same value and setting as we were used to. In order to understand the narratives of this (Re) meaning world daily and achieve the proposed objectives, it was used as a theoretical study of social representations, with the cultural-historical psychology foundations, depth psychology and art contexts and concepts. Supported by these bibliographical sources, documentary, and especially in the participatory field research, it was possible to articulate a discussion of the aesthetic needs of the sidewalk's residents in their socio-historical context and their need to (re) signification. Among the various analyzed, we have chosen four main characters for their sensible aesthetic productions, which demonstrate the social segment in which they belong, to be analysis objects of their (RE) meanings. Este trabalho tem por objetivo conhecer e avaliar a produção intelectual e gráfica presente nas ilustrações das capas da Revista Zupi Design em sua contemporaneidade (2006-2010). Para analisar seu significado e representatividade enquanto produção artística contemporânea trata as edições como objeto de análise: tema a ser historicizado e também como fonte, que subsidia a pesquisa por meio do suporte documental por elas fornecido. Algumas questões, vindas de nossa atuação profissional com alunos de primeiros semestres da graduação em curso de Publicidade, buscaram respostas por intermédio de questionários, com o objetivo de investigar se o periódico pode vir a ser utilizado como estratégia de ensino-aprendizagem em sala de aula. Usando como material motivador as edições do periódico, foram realizadas análises e interpretações junto a três turmas da disciplina Desenho I. O estudo da Revista Zupi Design dentro de um período relativamente curto de existência privilegiou como temas: pontos de convergência entre o projeto editorial e as realizações artísticas; a coerência entre a expressão gráfica das capas e o discurso apresentado por seus autores e a recepção do periódico por seu público leitor. Nosso referencial teórico é fornecido por intermédio de diálogos entre estudiosos da História Cultural, que nos dá suporte. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as ideias sobre educação de crianças na Revista Infância. Tal revista foi publicada entre os anos de 1935 e 1937 pela Cruzada Pró-Infância, na cidade de São Paulo. Durante os três anos foram publicados 18 números da revista, todos estes compõem o material estudado. As fundadoras da Cruzada Pró-Infância foram senhoras da elite paulistana lideradas por Pérola Byington e Maria Antonieta de Castro. Para realizar a análise de tal material foi utilizado o método descritivo analítico. Verificou-se que o material publicado encontra-se na área da educação não formal e três categorias de análise foram criadas, a saber, Educação para Cidadania, Educação para Sociedade e Educação para Saúde. A Educação para a Saúde foi o principal tema abordado na revista, o que pode ser atribuído ao fato de que o discurso médico higienista permeou as décadas de 1920 e 1930 no Brasil e especialmente na cidade de São Paulo. Dentre esses temas destacam-se hábitos de higiene, puericultura e alimentação infantil. Com relação às outras categorias - Educação para Cidadania, Educação Para Sociedade - a ênfase foi a importância da educação para o futuro do país e os papéis a serem desempenhados pelos indivíduos na sociedade, reforçando a tese de um discurso nacionalista. This thesis is inserted in the context of social networks, which is embedded in cyberspace. For the complex nature of the phenomenon investigated, this research takes a multidisciplinary approach as fundamental and works with three guiding principles: knowledge, collective intelligence and complexity. This multidisciplinary look also leads the need for a qualitative approach because is treating a process. The method is virtual ethnographic research that allowed us to observe and track records of social networks chosen: The Colearn Community in Tool Library, the Colearn group and the Filtros Educação & Aprendizagem XXI group, both on Facebook. The investigation in these social networks revealed this predominant social space can be configured as a space of creation and acquisition of knowledge. It indicates that this knowledge is particular in the network. It is constructed from the overlap between the knowledge and collective intelligences that become part of a connection-based process. It calls this phenomenon as weaving because it involves the relationship between convergence and expansion determined by the State of Relevance in addition to interacting agents and contexts. This condition is the main finding of this thesis. Di Cavalcanti's official production is the subject of studies in many disciplines, each of which takes its own particular approach. This official production is understood to be all of the verbal-imagery work produced by the artist throughout his career in order to meet the demands of the art market. However, the book Cartas de Amor à Divina, a compendium containing letters, cards, drawings and reproductions of portraits of Ivette Bahia Rocha, the "Divina", is understood as unofficial production. Published in 1987, the book records the fifteen-year loving relationship of Di Cavalcanti and Ivette. The set reveals the drama of an older man, 62 at the time, who cannot control a 23-year-old woman. Ivette met the painter in 1959 on a visit to his studio in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, and became an assiduous studio guest, occupying, little by little, all spaces of the artist's life: she was his secretary, financial administrator, muse and wife. The relationship ended in 1974, during the middle of a political and cultural transformation in Brazil. Structured from the concepts that guide the study of History of Culture, this study is dedicated to analyzing the verbal imagery content contained in Di Cavalcanti's epistolary, which was transformed into a book in 1987. A presente pesquisa consiste na discussão sobre o que é Arte Naif, quais são as suas variações e principais artistas. O problema maior é a própria definição do objeto de estudo. Para isso, temos como base os textos dos poucos autores nacionais e estrangeiros que se debruçaram sobre o tema. Alguns deles, inclusive, não são trabalhos acadêmicos, mas catálogos de luxo voltados para a venda de obras ou a divulgação de museus ou coleções particulares. Busca-se estabelecer parâmetros para o debate das manifestações plásticas que são chamadas pela crítica especializada como Arte Naif. O maior evento desse gênero de pintura no Brasil, a Bienal Naifs do Brasil, é realizado em Piracicaba, SP, e teve a sua décima edição em 2010. A pesquisa realiza uma análise dos textos de curadores, curadores-adjuntos e integrantes dos júris de seleção das dez edições do evento (1992-2010) e suas referências para instituir uma discussão sobre o conceito de Arte Naif. Esse diálogo inclui a discussão plástica de obras categorizadas no gênero. Several discussions are taking place about the importance of dialogue between the knowledge areas. This dialogue due to the fact that the modern world presents issues multifaceted, and increasingly complex, seeking urgent answers. In this context, the need arises to think teacher education to advances ahead of the New Technologies of Information and Communication. This study aimed to investigate how the project developed the discipline exploratory Education and New Technologies (ENT), the initial training course for teachers, could contribute to the acquisition of new skills and abilities of the students through the experiences offered in production of materials instructional media, blogs and educational children's books. The methodology chosen for the project was a qualitative exploratory type of action research and developed with students of the Faculty of Education at the University Mackenzie, in 2010. The rationale for interdisciplinary discussions as well as project work, elected pillars of fieldwork were weaving so that they can be seen in the themes contained in the blogs and books produced. It printed a singular trajectory in the discipline, because what you can see is a virtual production and custom printed denoting, between the lines, senses of self-realization, autonomy and responsibility that came to work for meaningful learning. From analysis of this study, it was found that the experiences offered were of fundamental importance to the students aware of their role in the training of staff. Also noteworthy is that the study allowed us to reflect on their own practice and the content taught in the discipline. Education is a social and political practice characterized by the need of asking questions concerning learning processes and training of individuals in search of theoretical and practical improvement. Education is not a given truth, but a field in process, a field to be, that will always imply its self-questioning. Therefore, the self-understanding of education in a process of necessary self-referentiality is at stake. The context in which this dissertation arises is marked by the tension between a point of view that regards education as "emancipation" and, on the other hand, society, which does not foster the accomplishment of the project. In this sense, the concept of "Aesthetic Dictatorship" emerges as the expression able to offer a reading of the oppressive state of society, while the theme of education as emancipation arises as a proposal for a process to oppose to the general state of things. The theme of the death of subjectivity, of the mechanisms of annihilation of the subject of education, be it a teacher or student, is considered from the point of view of understanding a context which is aesthetically "totalitarian", by avoiding the individual to have the thought experiment ¬ that even being tragic, may be able to promote an exit from oppression. The concept of Aesthetic Dictatorship results mainly from an analysis of the text about the Cultural Industry, by Adorno and Horkheimer, published in the 1940’s. The reading of the text shows that the condition of the experience in general in society, is dominated by technology and by capital. Such condition, called by the authors as the Cultural Industry, takes place in our days as a silent and, at the same time, Aesthetic Dictatorship imperative. The text presented in this research seeks to unveil the characteristics of the totalitarian state of an aesthetic scheme – which is also ethical and political. Such unveiling obliges us to disclose a reflection about the meaning of the formation of the subject of education, be it the teacher, the student, or the individual who is living the social experience. Science and Art are two concepts that have been greatly evolved throughout history, mainly due to cultural evolution experienced by humanity itself. Science, in its primitive stage, as synonymous of knowledge, preceded the Arts. However, according to its current concept considered as a result of the proposed method, by Francis Bacon, it is a recent phenomenon when compared to the period of human existence on Earth. Thus, Art preceded Science, because from its beginning it always configured as such, despite the different ways in which it has been presented. This is why the term Arts is used instead of Art. Among the Sciences, separated as Natural Sciences and Humanities, Physics stands out, even in the primitive stage of science, always referred to Nature as a whole, justifying its etymology Physics, the Greek Physis that means Nature and, according to available records, developed with the Arts since prehistory. In this context, this work, which presents a brief history of the evolution of perception and color reproduction by man, has as main attribute a study of the concept of color, pigment and light as taking Physics as a foundation, according to the branch of knowledge called Optics. From a literature search, the author s and other expert s experiences, both in Arts and in Science in General, an approach of Arts and Physics is presented, in terms of interdisciplinarity that exists between the color theme and concepts of physical optics, as one of the branches of this science. Records used are based on works that still exist, such as cave paintings and paintings in other processes, frescoes and sculptures, as well as the bibliography, documents preserved in museums, libraries and cultural venues, and statements from researchers, due to their own works. The main core of this thesis is the series of photographs that have reference to the fictional character, Ophelia, originally presented and described by Shakespeare in Hamlet (1603), and later painted by John Everett Millais ("Ophelia", 1851-2). It is an interdisciplinary study, which falls within the area of visual arts and culture. The initial research lays on the relationship between women and death, in the nineteenth century, the survival of the image of Ophelia till the twenty-first century and the indulgences that are imposed on women by patriarchal society. The thesis is divided into six core parts that connect to each other, alternating women's history, representation and artistic creation. To make these connections, we worked on texts that elucidate questions related to female suicide, melancholy, and also the image and its survival time. We also refer to Elizabeth Siddal, the young woman who posed for the Millais painting, and the intricacies between fiction and reality. This study allowed us to make a deep reflection on the condition of women and female artists in a society that has Ophelia as a contemporary metaphor for the modern romantic who struggles with conflicting feelings of mutual misunderstanding, unrequited love, and desperate desire, seeking final release in death. Taking into account that researchers who study Franklin Cascaes work and life dissociate the artist from the professor, I have chosen his life trajectory, as an artist and as a professor, the object of analysis. The importance of such choice lies on the fact that his work as an artist/professor is almost unexplored in the academic literature, especially, from the point of view of his lack of traditional formal education. So, the aim was to show that there was a Franklin before and after his own autobiographical narratives, where he portrays himself as an outsider. Thus, the research was carried out through the examination of his academic works, autobiographical fragments, notes on his academic daily life, letters sent to journalists and politicians, interviews, photos, magazines, as well as his drawings, sculptures, and stories. All of these documents have provided hints of who Franklin Joaquim Cascaes was. This thesis departs from the common principle of the Elisian studies about the relationship between the individual and the society (especially in the case of Mozart, which prompted Nobert Elias to observe the possible forms of relationship, while studying the man), in order to understand Franklin Cascaes within the limits and possibilities of his own time. The opposition between the concepts of outsider and established were crucial in the analysis of Franklin s trajectory. These concepts are seen within an approach that embraces him as a deviant artist and professor. Thus, this work is divided into three sections, which one aiming at answering the following working question: how social tensions work on individual trajectories? In the first section, that covers Franklin s trajectory up to 1948, I analyses different factors in the experience of the man that have contributed to the construction of his mission: to keep up the culture of the inhabitants of the Isle of Santa Catarina. In the second section I try to understand the limits and the possibilities for him to carry out his project, taking 10 into consideration the determinants from the environment over his trajectory. Furthermore, I try to understand the strategies used by Franklin to face the rules and the attitudes that were imposed on him in the Escola Industrial as a professor and as an artist in the city of Florianópolis. In the last part I question how it was possible for the Museum Oswaldo Rodrigues Cabral of Archeology and Ethnology to keep up with Franklin s work of art. I also analyses the creation of other places devotes to his memory. In both cases, I have identified the strategies used for the recognition of the importance of Franklin as a catarinense artist. If the condition of established/outsider illuminates the power relations of a social dimension, defined by values, such as recognition, belonging, and exclusion, in the 1970s Franklin Cascaes begins to participate of spaces in the past open only to those who had an academic degree or a privileged social condition, the established. It is in the local political and social context of those years that the açoriana identity turned into a strategy for the invention of a city , which desired to become a tourist site. In 1977, the researcher and paranaense arts critic, Adalice Maria de Araujo, in her thesis Franklin Cascaes, The Myth of an Island: myth and magic , turned the artist in the big wizard of the island of Santa Catarina. Franklin, appearing frequently at the pages newspapers, especially, the O Jornal, the main local paper, and with the help from the students of the Industrial at the town hall and at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), was able to secure the keep up of his works by the Museum Oswaldo Rodrigues Cabral. The public policy of widespread in-service training in recent years involving politicians of Education, teachers and trainers, has been the subject of increasing theoretical production, promoting debates, analysis, proposals and investment of education systems more frequently in training teachers on the workplace. This research seeks to understand the contributions of public policy on professional development in the workplace for pedagogical coordinators and teachers. Therefore, the methodological option chosen was the qualitative approach obtaining descriptive data with direct and prolonged contact in the field of research, enabling the identification of perspectives and understanding of the formative experiences of the participants in the process that involves the public policy training. Study subjects are coordinators, teachers from ten Elementary schools and trainers from the municipal council of the city of Caieiras. To collect data, the methods used were; interviews, questionnaires, observation and document analysis of service training developed with coordinators and teachers. The theoretical framework involves four themes that interact with each other as they discuss issues such as the pedagogical coordinator, on the view that teacher education is his/her essential function as a trainer before the numerous duties of his position as point Almeida (2007) Clementi (2007), Christov (2001), Ferreira (2011) and Guimarães et al 2008; training in service as a public policy under Law of Guidelines and Basis of National Education (1996), in Reference to training teachers (1999) and the Catalog of National Network of Continuing Education for Teachers of Basic Education (2006), considering its course of action on legislation supported by Benachio Placco (2012), Christov (1998), Imbernon (2004) and Mizukami (2005 and 2006); significant contributions to the learning of teachers and reflection of teaching practice as formative action, according Mizukami et al (1996 and 2002), Nóvoa (2009) and Tardif (2002), and the professional development of teaching, and its process models , according to Marcelo Garcia (1999). This dissertation studies the fashion system development and its relationships with the art field. It analyses how the modern fashion system structure was founded by the Universal Exhibitions and the first department stores. It also shows how the fashion designers Charles Fréderic Worth e Paul Poiret built their artistic images, and states that these relationships were used to give an art status for their work. This research also verifies how the interdisciplinary practices of both Worth and Poiret established standards for the referred practices in contemporary fashion; it analyses the interdisciplinary dialogues present in fashion exhibitions located in art museums. A ideia central foi investigar a moda e sua importância na formação da subjetividade como meio de elaborar uma aparência que revele a dimensão do autoconhecimento do indivíduo. A aparência reflete o entendimento que o indivíduo tem de si, como também de sua identidade como um modo de ser. A questão simbólica e a interdisciplinaridade da moda correspondem às expectativas do indivíduo no processo da criação de uma aparência que extrapola a sua funcionalidade. A moda na esfera do sensível nos permite refletir sobre o grau de autoconhecimento do indivíduo que se expressa por meio das imagens provenientes da vestimenta no espaço público. The work developed presents the setting and occupation PRESENT/ABSENT, embodied through a photo job made by the artist. Its result is presented in the first part of the work and reveals the fictional and artistic self refered approach the author gave to the process as a narration of the research's paths, which are shown in the second part of the work. In a dialogue between times and spaces, it was necessary to build up environments for that artistic production. They can be hypermedia spaces (virtual space mainly on internet, such as blogs and social nets) as well as regular spaces (real environment such as the one selected, which is a hotel room) here named as the artist cabin. The artist family album is considered the starting point for a gathering and selection of the artist s father pictures, together with some personal objects of his. Those objects make up the data that will be related to other artist images produced in different times and spaces aiming at a new fictional and self-referenced creation. This way the artistic creation is developed building up new materials making use of specific elements of visual languages presented in the compositions through similar and contrastive approaches. From this action it can be identified the passage experience as much as the existence. O presente trabalho partiu da investigação da coleção do crítico de arte, poeta, psicanalista, professor e colecionador Theon Spanudis e de sua salvaguarda acolhida sobre duas instituições: Museu de Arte contemporânea MAC/USP e o Instituto de Estudos Brasileiros IEB/USP. A coleção, composta de 453 quadros, foi doada parcialmente no MAC/USP em 1979 e somente concluída após a morte de Spanudis em 1986. O Fundo de Acervo Theon Spanudis no IEB/USP, foi criado com o intuito de catalogação do material literário doado (livros de poesia, manuscritos, textos, catálogos de exposição) para posterior consulta pública. A riqueza do material, um corpus documental inédito e pouco explorado em seu estudo deram origem a uma separação didática em três eixos de investigação (a transcendência da arte, as marcas poéticas do artistas e o viés didático da coleção) com a finalidade de melhor compreender a Coleção Theon Spanudis. A educação museal impulsionou a composição e a proposta de um projeto curatorial unindo as muitas ações de Theon como crítico, mecenas, poeta, colecionador. Founded on the theme The Impossibility of Human Experience in Contemporary Social Determinations , this study aims at analyzing the relationship between Multiculturalism and Ideology, focusing the issue of the concept of Recognition in Charles Taylor s theory about identity formation. While exploring the concept of ideology, our intention is to analyze and evaluate its ontological usage in interpersonal relations in the dynamics of multicultural practice. This research aims therefore to grasp and clarify the impossibility of interpersonal experiences, the latter being understood as intersubjective acquaintanceship either inside different groups of a same society or in intercultural relations among societies with different traditions. On the other hand, it is not our intention that this research be limited to a frame of skepticism regarding social and cultural life of contemporary societies. Thus, this is the reason why our study has as its final purpose the development of concepts which may lead to the building up of a valorative vocabulary that allows us to overcome this hypothetical impossibility of genuine social acquaintanceship and intimacy. Our theoretical background is related to the investigation of such possible forms of social partnership and intimacy, forms which have been created by multiculturalism and which give way to a kind of opening space that might clarify the type of speech produced in our times. We also search to provide a conceptual basis that allows us to create new modes of being intersubjective human beings.
