dc.description.abstractO estudo da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) em relação às informações dos trabalhadores é crucial no cenário jurídico atual. A complexidade da legislação e sua novidade geram lacunas de conhecimento entre empresas e trabalhadores, resultando em divergências judiciais e insegurança jurídica. Analisar a LGPD nas relações de trabalho é fundamental para entender os limites do uso de dados e a admissibilidade das provas digitais. Isso protege os direitos trabalhistas e garante conformidade regulatória às empresas. Além disso, promove um debate informado sobre proteção de dados no ambiente laboral, contribuindo para uma cultura organizacional mais consciente e responsável. Este trabalho busca oferecer informações atualizadas sobre como a LGPD impacta o ambiente de trabalho, incentivando a conformidade legal no tratamento de dados pessoais.
dc.description.abstractStudying the LGPD regarding workers' data is crucial in the current legal landscape. The complexity of the law and its novelty create knowledge gaps between companies and workers, resulting in judicial divergences and legal uncertainty. Analyzing the LGPD in labor relations is essential to understand the limits of data usage and the admissibility of digital evidence. This protects workers' rights and ensures regulatory compliance for companies. Additionally, it fosters an informed debate on data protection in the workplace, contributing to a more conscious and responsible organizational culture. This work aims to provide updated information on how the LGPD impacts the workplace, encouraging legal compliance in handling personal data.
