| dc.description.abstract | O Presente artigo tem como objetivo discutir acerca das novidades inseridas do pacote anticrime Lei nº 13.964, de 24 de dezembro de 2019 – dentre elas o surgimento de uma nova figura, a do agente policial disfarçado que alterou dispositivos da Lei de drogas e ao estatuto do desarmamento, também trouxe consigo alguns questionamentos sobre sua legalidade, bem como um possível fim do flagrante preparado, diante da possíveis dúvidas que poderão surgir acerca do fim ou não da sumula 145 do STF, é relevante obter informações de que forma essa nova figura mudará no ordenamento jurídico, bem como se trará mais liberdade a conduta policial o que lhes conferirá mais segurança jurídica. | pt_BR |
