Resumo
The present article is based on the analysis of the consumer's behavior concerning their purchasing patterns which can be recognized. With the purpose of showing the importance of the recommendation systems in e-commerce, the main concepts of data mining will be appointed, in addition to examples of technique applications to highlight the advantages that this process may offer for innovations in order to attract new consumers.
