Abstract
A presente monografia busca analisar os tipos de responsabilidades atribuídos aos
influenciadores digitais relacionados com o direito da moda e os impactos provocados nas
relações de consumo. Dessa forma serão efetuados estudos minuciosos acerca da
publicidade, seus meios de veiculação e a regulação ofertada pelo instituto CONAR.
Superada a esfera administrativa em face da publicidade ofertada pelos
influenciadores serão analisadas as consequências dos atos praticados no âmbito jurídico
à luz do Código Civil e do Código de Defesa do Consumidor, haja vista que a relação
entre o influenciador digital e o consumidor está baseada na confiança.
Ademais, é imprescindível tratar da figura do influenciador e quais os atos que
podem ser auferidos responsabilidades e seus tipos.
This monograph seeks to analyze the types of responsibilities attributed to digital influencers related to fashion law and the impacts caused in consumer relations. Thus, it will be carried out detailed studies about advertising, its means of transmission and the regulation offered by the CONAR institute. Once the administrative sphere is overcome in view of the advertising offered by influencers, the consequences of the acts practiced in the legal sphere will be analyzed in light of the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Code, given that the relationship between the digital influencer and the consumer is based on trust. Furthermore, it is essential to address the figure of the influencer and which acts may be held liable and their types.
