Abstract
O presente trabalho analisa a importância dos advogados no acesso a uma justiça eficaz e de qualidade no âmbito dos Juizados Especiais Cíveis estaduais. Para tanto, a interpretação do acesso à justiça aqui transcende o mero acesso ao poder judiciário. Busca-se entender a repercussão da realidade socioeconômica na atuação em juízo e qual a contribuição dos Juizados Especiais na promoção do acesso a uma justiça efetiva, que se atenta às desigualdades e as combate. Nesse contexto, se insere a figura do advogado, que tem a capacidade técnica adequada para prevenir e remediar eventuais injustos que sejam cometidos em juízo e, apesar disso, é dispensado em causas de até vinte salários-mínimos no âmbito dos Juizados Especiais Cíveis.
The present work analyzes the importance of lawyers in accessing effective and quality justice within the scope of Special Civil Courts. Therefore, the interpretation of access to justice here transcends mere access to the judiciary. It seeks to understand the repercussion of the socioeconomic reality on the performance in court and the contribution of special courts in the effective promotion of justice, which pays attention to inequalities and combats them. In this context, the figure of the lawyer is inserted, who has the appropriate technical capacity to prevent and remedy eventual injustices that are committed in court and, despite this, is exempt in cases of up to twenty minimum wages in the scope of Special Civil Courts.
