Crime e futebol, por incrível que pareça, estão correlacionados; afinal a entidade
máxima do futebol, assim como as entidades continentais e a entidade nacional há muito
tempo estão envolvidos em casos de corrupção, muitas vezes são réus do mesmo processo.
Organizações criminosas se unem com o intuito de cometer crimes. Torcidas organizadas,
embora sua função principal seja torcer, não é raro de ver casos onde estão envolvidos em
algum crime também. Este trabalho buscará analisar se os crimes cometidos pelas torcidas
organizadas se assemelham aos crimes praticados pelas organizações criminosas, sob o
enfoque das leis brasileiras, para ao fim tentar responder se as torcidas organizadas, de um
modo geral, podem ser consideradas organizações criminosas.
