Abstract
O objetivo deste trabalho é estudar os impactos na previdência social com o advento da indústria
4.0 que tem como pressuposto a implementação da mão de obra automatizada. Para tanto, serão
analisados os aspectos essenciais da seguridade social, com enfoque especial na previdência
social, sua organização interna, seu financiamento e sua atual situação orçamentária.
Posteriormente será traçado um panorama das mudanças causadas pela quarta Revolução
Industrial, para que sejam propostas algumas alterações na previdência social tal como se
encontra.
The objective of this work is the study of the impacts on social welfare with the advent of the industry 4.0, that has as condition the implementation of automatized workforce. For this purpose, will be analyzed the essencial aspects of social security, focusing especially on social welfare, its internal organization, its funding and its current budget situation. Subsequentently, will be traced an overview on the changes due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, so that a few modifications on the social welfare could be discussed.
