Abstract
O intuito central desta monotrafia é inserir o leitor dentro do processo penal Tribunal de
Nuremberg, bem como analisar suas irregularidades jurídicas, mas também discorrer sobre
seus méritos, notadamente para a consolidação de uma justiça penal internacional, a partir da
afirmação dos direitos humanos como ordem universal. Assim, a intenção partirá das
seguintes premissas: contextualizar o leitor sobre os principais acontecimentos históricos
entre os anos de 1914 à 1945, como forma de introduzi-lo à formação e condução dos
procedimentos de Nuremberg contra criminosos nazistas entre os anos de 1945 e 1946, e a
partir daí, apontar seus erros e seus acertos, principalmente sob um viés principiológico
jurídico, especialmenteo no âmbito do processo penal.
The main purpose of this monograph is to insert the reader into the Nuremberg Court criminal process, as well as to analyze its legal irregularities, but also to discuss its merits, notably for the consolidation of an international criminal justice, from the affirmation of human rights as an order universal. Thus, the intention will start from the following premises: contextualize the reader about the main historical events between the years 1914 to 1945, as a way of introducing him to the formation and conduct of the Nuremberg proceedings against Nazi criminals between the years 1945 and 1946, and from there, point out its mistakes and successes, mainly under a principiological legal, especially in the context of criminal proceedings.
