Abstract
O presente trabalho versa sobre o direito sucessório da concubina nos dias atuais, em contrapartida a legislação e jurisprudência brasileira acerca do tema. Visando abordar as recentes decisões de juristas sobre o respectivo assunto, tendo sempre em vista a sociedade e a evolução do termo do que é considerado entidade familiar.
The present work deals with the right of succession of the concubine nowadays, in contrast to the Brazilian legislation and jurisprudence on the subject. We aim to address the recent decisions of jurists on the respective subject, always bearing in mind society and the evolution of the term of what is considered a family entity.
