O desenfreado aumento da criminalidade juvenil com histórico de evasão escolar na maioria dos casos, apresenta um cenário preocupante para todo a sociedade. O trabalho examina a construção do fenômeno social por meio do pensamento criminológico contemporâneo, a fim de expor a contribuição dos sistemas penal e escolar nos índices apontados. Objetivando demonstrar a vulnerabilidade da adolescência causada pelas prescrições sociais e estigmas negativos que estimulam o direcionamento de jovens para a criminalidade. Será exposto a teoria do desenvolvimento psicossocial de Erik Erikson em conjunto com o termo repertório identificatório criado por este autor e ampliado positivamente pelos autores e juristas Adilson José Moreira e Humberto Barrionuevo Fabretti. Ademais, para expor e identificar as agressões institucionais sofridas pelos jovens que fomentam a evasão escolar e, consequentemente, a criminalidade, serão apresentadas as discriminações de caráter coletivo, abordando as teorias da discriminação interseccional, discriminação estrutural e discriminação intergeracional. Por fim, esta pesquisa demonstrará as razões da evasão escolar ser fator determinante para o fenômeno social que é produzido e reproduzido pela sociedade com intuito de gerar privilégios para grupos sociais em detrimentos de outros e conservar a escala vertical social existente.
The rampant increase in juvenile crime with a history of dropping out of school in most cases presents a worrying scenario for the whole of society. The work examines the construction of the social phenomenon through contemporary criminological thinking, in order to expose the contribution of the penal and school systems in the indicated indices. In order to demonstrate the vulnerability of adolescence caused by social prescriptions and negative stigmas that stimulate the direction of young people towards crime. Erik Erikson's theory of psychosocial development will be exposed together with the term identificatory repertoire created by this author and positively expanded by the authors and lawyers Adilson José Moreira and Humberto Barrionuevo Fabretti. In addition, to expose and identify the institutional aggressions suffered by young people that foster school dropout and, consequently, crime, collective discrimination will be presented, addressing the theories of intersectional discrimination, structural discrimination and intergenerational discrimination. Finally, this research will demonstrate the reasons why school dropout is a determining factor for the social phenomenon that is produced and reproduced by society in order to generate privileges for social groups to the detriment of others and to preserve the existing vertical social scale.
