Resumo
Subject: this work presented a solution to the problem of capturing and recruiting people with
disabilities with higher education at an educational institution, with the purpose of building a
database and curricula to be shared with other companies interested in making covenants.
Application: initially, interview techniques and a Survey research method were applied, in
addition to the analysis of Forces and Threats and the Ishikawa Diagram. Along with the
problem defined, a proposal for its solution was elaborated, a survey of the necessary
resources was made, also an action plan and risk analysis. Implementation of the solution
began with the reformulation of the Work with Us link on the institution's website, from the
content of the existing registration form to make it accessible and effective in filling out the
candidate’s information and building the database and resumes.
Innovation: the proposed model presents in-process innovation through applied technology
in order to provide relevant results in the development of the business. It is hoped that, with
this solution, the institution can expand its competitive advantage in the labor market, as well
as create value for partner companies, providing access to the database and curricula of people
with disabilities with higher education.
Impact: it is believed that the implementation of the solution dealt with in this project will
result in a new look for professionals with disabilities with higher education in companies
interested in this partnership when acting to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities
in the labor market. In terms of geographical coverage, the main activity is in the state of São
Paulo, with the potential to expand in the other units of the institution in the country.
Complexity: complexity occurred in the development of the proposed solution to the problem
presented in this work, when the details of the process for the elaboration, development and
approval of the restructuring of the link Work with Us on the institution's page were met in
meetings presented to the board, leading taking into account the specificities to aggregate
knowledge in the areas of information technology and the consultancy contracted for the
application of the best technologies to support the project.
Method and procedures: the methodology adopted in the research was based on the
Methodology for practical and applied works, by Marcondes, Miguel, Franklin and Perez
(2017), with the application also of quantitative methods, with the use of interview techniques
and research method Survey.
