The present study analyzed the work of women in the Feminist Solidary Economy in Brazil, through the look and trajectory of the Brazilian Local-Mapping of Feminist and Solidarity Economy, with the purpose of knowing if the Intersection between the two productive models and if they were Capable of generating autonomy / empowerment, as well as work and income. The research developed from the analysis of research literature of qualitative field of exploratory character, through semi-structured interviews with focus on the narratives, produced by the formation leaders from the Local Project for mapping, as well as through observation without direct intervention In various events, such as fairs, forums and symposia of Solidary Economy and Solidary and Feminist Economy. From the analysis of the condition of women in the labor market, in the capitalist economy, we find that despite the significant advances of the last decades, they still remain in conditions of inequality and economic and social vulnerability in relation to men, as well as That the effects of the public policies implemented in the last decades, aiming at overcoming inequality between men and women, was positive, but partial, and inequality persists, both in the formal market and in the forms of solidarity of production. The Solidary Economy, even if it opposes an exploratory systematic of capital, the structures excluding and / or discriminatory, although in smaller proportions, also reproduces, evidencing the gender inequalities, through the sexual division of labor. From this perspective, the research results showed the intersection of the two subfields to be effective, presenting points of convergence, neutrality and divergence, and it was also found that social and symbolic capital and what drives and guarantees the production of economic capital. Intersection generates Social and economic transformation, work and income and it is an experience that can serve as a starting point for the social agents involved in the processes of formation and transformation of realities, and for the State itself, when planning public policies that seek to solve socio-productive difficulties And socioeconomic, for women.
