| dc.description.abstract | A minissérie Anos rebeldes, escrita por Gilberto Braga e produzida pela Rede Globo de Televisão, aborda as representações ficcionais de resistência diante da ditadura militar no Brasil contemporâneo. Situada em um período conturbado da história do país, a trama retrata a vida de estudantes brasileiros que enfrentaram repressões e censuras impostas pelo regime militar. A minissérie ganhou destaque ao expor a militância e rebeldia de alguns jovens que lutavam contra os abusos cometidos pelos militares e buscava a transformação do cenário político do país. As obras ficcionais da teledramaturgia têm o poder de representar a realidade de determinada época, levando-nos a refletir sobre os acontecimentos ocorridos na sociedade e a estabelecer conexões com o nosso próprio contexto. No caso específico de Anos rebeldes, a trama retrata um Brasil repressivo no qual parte da população busca a democracia e luta para alcançar seus objetivos. A obra nos convida a refletir sobre a importância da resistência e a compreender as lutas históricas que moldaram a sociedade. Esta pesquisa tem como propósito compreender quais elementos da minissérie Anos rebeldes provocaram reflexões na população brasileira em relação aos problemas enfrentados pelo país, considerando o contexto político das décadas passadas. Em um primeiro momento, a pesquisa apresenta um panorama da trajetória de Gilberto Braga, desde suas origens até sua entrada no mundo da televisão, a fim de compreender as influências e experiências que moldaram sua abordagem como escritor e o levaram a criar a minissérie. Em um segundo momento, este estudo aborda a história e a política da implementação do Ato Institucional n. 5 (AI-5) em dezembro de 1968, que traz uma mudança drástica na situação do país. Nesse período, muitos jovens revolucionários foram presos, torturados e até mesmo assassinados, resultando em eventos traumáticos e na abolição da necessidade de mandado policial para investigações, o que intensifica ainda mais a repressão. Nesse contexto, grupos de estudantes e militantes contrários ao regime ditatorial começam a se envolver em passeatas e alguns se engajavam na luta armada como forma de resistência. A morte do estudante Édson Luís, fato também retratado na minissérie, influencia diversos militantes a se unirem à guerrilha. Paralelamente, o casal João Alfredo e Maria Lúcia que enfrenta os desafios de manter um relacionamento amoroso em meio à grande tensão política vivida no país. Em síntese, o trabalho analisa aspectos da trama de Anos rebeldes, especialmente aqueles que retratam os abusos cometidos pelos militares. Assim, esta pesquisa se enquadra no campo da História Cultural e busca refletir sobre a inclusão de elementos históricos em narrativas ficcionais e o impacto desses elementos no contexto em que foram produzidos. | |

Set in a turbulent period of the country's history, the plot depicts the lives of Brazilian students who faced repression and censorship imposed by the military regime. The miniseries gained prominence by exposing the activism and rebellion of the youth who fought against the abuses committed by the military and sought the transformation of the country's political landscape. Fictional works in television drama have the power to represent the reality of a specific time, leading us to reflect on the events that occurred in society and establish connections with our own context. In the specific case of Anos rebeldes, the plot portrays a repressive Brazil in which part of the population seeks democracy and struggles to achieve its goals. The work invites us to reflect on the importance of resistance and to understand the historical struggles that shaped society. This research aims to understand which elements of the miniseries Anos rebeldes prompted reflections among the Brazilian population regarding the problems faced by the country, considering the political context of past decades. Initially, the research provides an overview of Gilberto Braga's trajectory, from his origins to his entry into the television world, in order to understand the influences and experiences that shaped his approach as a writer and led him to create the miniseries. In a second phase, this study addresses the history and politics of the implementation of the Institutional Act number 5 (AI-5) in December 1968, which brings a drastic change in the country's situation. During this period, many young revolutionaries were arrested, tortured, and even killed, resulting in traumatic events and the abolition of the need for a police warrant for investigations, further intensifying repression. In this context, groups of students and activists opposed to the dictatorial regime begin to engage in marches, and some become involved in armed struggle as a form of resistance. The death of the student Édson Luís, also depicted in the miniseries, influences various militants to join the guerrilla. Meanwhile, the couple João Alfredo and Maria Lúcia face the challenges of maintaining a romantic relationship amidst the great political tension in the country. In summary, the work analyzes aspects of the plot of Anos rebeldes, especially those that depict the abuses committed by the military. Thus, this research falls within the field of Cultural History and seeks to reflect on the inclusion of historical elements in fictional narratives and the impact of these elements on the context in which they were produced. | |
