Este estudo tem como objetivo compreender quais foram os instrumentos de investimento em renda fixa mais utilizados pelos investidores no Brasil entre os anos de 2020 e 2021 e verificar se existiram mudanças significativas de perfil de investimento entre os períodos. Para isso, foi utilizado o método de estatística descritiva para análise das bases de dados extraídas das pesquisas “Raio-X do Investidor” realizada pela ANBIMA, entre os anos de 2020 e 2021. Na edição de 2020 foram feitas 3.408 entrevistas, com pessoas de 16 anos ou mais, das classes A, B e C. Já 2021, segue com os mesmos padrões de perfil, porém, com uma amostra de 5.878 pessoas. Após a análise dos resultados verificou-se que: o ativo de renda fixa mais utilizado é a caderneta de poupança; houve uma diminuição percentual dos investidores; aumento percentual de investidores mulheres; os investidores estão concentrados mais na classe C e no sudeste; Em relação à faixa etária, a maior parte dos investidores concentra-se entre os 45 e 59 anos de idade.
This study aims to understand which were the most used fixed income investment instruments by investors in Brazil between the years 2020 and 2021 and to verify if there were significant changes in the investment profile in between. For this objective, the descriptive statistics method was used to analyze the databases extracted from the “Raio-x do Investidor” survey carried out by ANBIMA, between the years 2020 and 2021. In the 2020 edition, 3,408 interviews were carried out with people from 16 years or older, from classes A, B and C. As for 2021, it follows the same profile patterns, however, with a sample of 5,878 people. After analyzing the results, it was found that: the most used fixed income asset is the savings account; there was a percentage decrease in investors; percentage increase in female investors; investors are concentrated more in class C and in the southeast; Brazilians who invest the most are, in general, those between 45 and 59 years old.
