Esse Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC) tem por objetivo, a partir da criação
de um site, explicar de forma simples e objetiva a governança corporativa, sistema
pelo qual as empresas são dirigidas, incentivadas e monitoradas. A partir da
análise swot do Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa (IBGC) foi
detectada a oportunidade de disseminar o tema para o público leigo,
principalmente os jovens. Dessa forma, as ferramentas da comunicação digital
auxiliam na ressignificação do que se entende por jornalismo empresarial, dando
atratividade para o site. Nele, são abordados conceitos e princípios que norteiam
as companhias brasileiras a terem boas condutas e práticas; e, paralelamente, a
história do IBGC. O propósito é aproximar a sociedade com o sistema de
governança corporativa e, consequentemente, com as tomadas de decisão das
empresas e do país.
This Course Conclusion Paper aims, from the creation of a website, to explain simply and objectively corporate governance, the system by which companies are directed, encouraged and monitored. From the swot analysis of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC), the opportunity to disseminate the theme to the lay public, especially the young, was detected. Thus, the tools of digital communication help in the reframing of what is meant by business journalism, giving attractiveness to the site. It deals with concepts and principles that guide Brazilian companies to have good conduct and practices; and, in parallel, the history of the IBGC. The purpose is to bring society closer to the corporate governance system and, consequently, to the decision making of companies and the country.
