dc.description.abstractEste trabalho trata sobre a relação da linguagem jurídica e o acesso à justiça dentro do Processo Civil. O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar os fundamentos fixados pelo Código de Processo Civil de 2015 que embasam a busca pela redação de decisões judiciais mais claras e acessíveis, com o intuito de contribuir para a reaproximação entre a população e o Poder Judiciário e de reforçar o acesso à justiça e à cidadania. A metodologia utilizada para escrever o artigo foi a revisão bibliográfica e legislativa, a qual ajudou a embasar o presente trabalho. Com o estudo sobre o tema, foi possível concluir que a utilização de uma linguagem menos rebuscada, de mais fácil acesso, pode gerar uma aproximação entre a sociedade e os operadores do direito, garantindo, assim, o efetivo acesso à justiça. Inclusive, a utilização de artifícios modernos, a fim de simplificar a linguagem jurídica, já são encontrados no dia a dia, como a criação do Projeto de Lei 3326/2021 e do Legal Design, dentre outras propostas.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractThis article discusses the relationship between legal language and access to justice in Civil Procedure. The article aims to analyze the foundations established by the Brazilian Civil Procedure Code that support the drafting of clearer and more accessible judicial decisions, in order to contribute to the rapprochement between the population and the Judiciary and to strengthen access to Justice and citizenship. The methodology used to write and bibliographical the published article was published which the work to be based on presents. Studying the theme, it concludes that the use of a less elaborate language, more easily accessible, can generate an approximation between society and the operators of law, thus guaranteeing access to justice. Modern devices, in order to simplify legal language, are already found in everyday life, such as the creation of Project de Lei 3326/2021 and Legal Design, among other proposals.pt_BR
