dc.description.abstractO presente trabalho tem como tema central a importância do Desenvolvimento Infantil, buscando compreender a partir do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente e do Marco Legal da Primeira Infância quais são os requisitos essenciais para se proporcionar um ambiente adequado para o crescimento das crianças, principalmente aquelas compreendidas entre 0 (zero) aos 06 (seis) anos de idade. Os primeiros anos de vida da criança são primordiais, pois refletirão não apenas no futuro deste individuo, mas também em seus descendentes, deste modo, garantir um ambiente livre de violência psíquica e/ou física, bem como, livre de qualquer fator de vulnerabilidade é imprescindível para se assegurar um futuro melhor. Do ponto de vista jurídico, verificamos que o art. 19 da lei n° 8.069/90, elucida que é direito da criança e do adolescente ser criado em “ambiente que garanta seu desenvolvimento integral” e, com base neste artigo que será traçado os liames que definirão o ambiente garantir do desenvolvimento integral e sua real importância e impacto na vida das crianças. O acompanhamento do crescimento infantil não se restringe mais a suprir as necessidades básicas das crianças, adquirindo um outro patamar, incluindo-se nesta nova definição o cuidado, a presença parental e o afeto como ferramentas chaves para a construção desse novo individuo.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractThe main theme of this study is the importance of Child Development, seeking to understand from the Statute of the Child and Adolescent and the Legal Framework of Early Childhood what are the essential requirements to provide a suitable environment for the growth of children, especially those between 0 (zero) and 06 (six) years of age. The first years of the child's life are primordial, because they will reflect not only on the future of this individual, but also on their descendants, in this way, guarantee an environment free of psychic and / or physical violence, as well, free of any vulnerability factor is to ensure a better future. From the legal point of view, we find that art. 19 of Law n° 8.069/90, elucidating that it is the right of the child and adolescent to be created in an "environment that guarantees their integral development" and, based on this article, will be drawn the lines that will define the environment to guarantee integral development and its importance and impact on children's lives. The monitoring of child growth is no longer restricted to meeting the basic needs of children, taking another step, including in this new definition care, parental presence and affection as key tools for the construction of this new individual.pt_BR
