dc.description.abstractThis paper reports the development of a luthier service that aims to connect the needs of musicians and practitioners to luthiers and suppliers of accessories for luthier workshop (production, tuning, repair and restoration of musical instruments), through an app. The work was developed following the methodology of solving organizational problems and taking advantage of opportunities. It was based on an initial proposition of taking advantage of a potential opportunity, having been gathered information about the Brazilian luthieria market and conducted research to understand the needs of musicians, luthiers and suppliers. After making evident the opportunity, the proposal was elaborated, with the definition of the resources, the action plan, the economic viability analysis. Its implementation began with the development of the app, and the company is in the process of incubation in a lab of a São Paulo consulting. The proposed business model, because it is unprecedented in the country, can be considered as innovative as there are no applications in the market connecting musicians, luthiers and suppliers through a digital platform. The complexity of the work was high, as it required the support of several companies and professional partners to develop language software for mobile devices, enabling integration with electronic payment solutions, data protection and privacy care, hosting and support of the post-implementation solution, as well as specialized disclosure services and professional business administration.eng
