dc.description.abstractO Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso que ora se apresenta, tem por objetivo principal trazer à tona a necessidade de um melhor entendimento acerca dos direitos e proteções conferidos às crianças e adolescentes em conflito com a lei. É irrefutável que em nosso país a criminalidade vem atingindo níveis alarmantes, impulsionando uma grande onda de angústia em toda a sociedade. No tocante aos menores, constata-se um aumento no número de infratores, comprovando que as medidas existentes estão longe de alcançar a sua finalidade precípua, de desviar os jovens do mundo delinquente. Destarte, a fim de resolver esta problemática, faz-se crucial a busca por alternativas tempestivas, eficientes e eficazes. Partindo deste contexto, se mostra indispensável o reconhecimento fático dos transtornos mentais como um fator da incidência de menores no mundo delituoso, além da imprescindível promoção de saúde mental em crianças e adolescentes, trazendo amparo a curto e longo prazo, para eles e para toda sociedade. Por fim, serão sugeridas estratégias de promoção da saúde mental infantojuvenil, buscando não apenas a prevenção da delinquência, mas também uma adequada reinserção social daqueles que já se fizeram infratores. Assim, preconizando uma execução bem sucedida de estratégias viáveis e eficazes, especialmente dedicadas à saúde mental dos jovens, poderemos vislumbrar a tão pretendida redução de infrações penais em nosso país.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractThe main goal off this undergraduate thesis presented here has the main objective of bringing to light the need of a better understanding about of the rights and protections granted to children and adolescents in conflict with the law. It is undeniable that in our country the criminality reached alarming levels, causing a great wave of anguish throughout society. With regard to minors, there is an increase in the numbers of offenders, proving that the usual measures are further from achieving a primary purpose of diverting young people from the delinquent world. Therefore, in order to solve this problematic, it is indispensable the search for timely, efficient and effective alternatives. Due to this context, proves indispensable the factual recognition of mental disorders as a factor of minors incidence in the criminal world, in addition to the necessary promotion of mental health in children and adolescents, bringing support in the short and long term, for them and all the society. Finally, strategies to promote children's mental health will be suggested, seeking not only the prevention of delinquency, but also an adequate social reintegration of those who have already become offenders. Thus, by advocating a successful implementation of viable and effective strategies, especially dedicated to the mental health of young people, we will be able to see the much-desired reduction of criminal offenses in our country.pt_BR
