Resumo
O turismo é considerado uma atividade global e transversal com
grande importância para o desenvolvimento económico e social. Esse setor vem
enfrentando uma série de desafios nos últimos anos, destacando a pandemia de
COVID-19, mudanças climáticas, a crescente competição de novos modelos de
negócios e a instabilidade econômica atual. O objetivo deste estudo é identificar
os sentimentos dos clientes e turistas em relação a locais turísticos no Brasil,
visando trazer novos insights para melhorias e facilitar a resolução de problemas.
Para isso, propõe-se uma solução de software de análise de sentimentos
usando o modelo de linguagem pré-treinado BERT baseado em Transformers
para an´alise de publicaõess em plataformas digitais, com foco no TripAdvisor
e voltadas para restaurantes, em prol de simplificar o problema. A solução
apresenta como resultado as análises de sentimento graficamente e de maneira
resumida, facilitando o processo de retomada econˆomica para os interessados
e o tornando mais assertivo.

This sector has faced a series of challenges in recent years, highlighting the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, the growing competition from new business models, and the current economic instability. The aim of this study is to identify the sentiments of customers and tourists regarding tourist locations in Brazil, with the goal of providing new insights for improvements and facilitating problem resolution. To achieve this, a sentiment analysis software solution is proposed, using the pre-trained BERT language model based on Transformers for the analysis of posts on digital platforms, with a focus on TripAdvisor and specifically related to restaurants, in order to simplify the problem. The solution presents sentiment analyses graphically and in a summarized manner, facilitating the economic recovery process for stakeholders and making it more effective.
