dc.description.abstractO presente trabalho se propôs a analisar e compreender o regimento jurídico das startups, destacadamente a figura do “investidor anjo” com o advento da Lei Complementar Nº 182 de 1º de junho de 2021 e seus respectivos vetos. A partir de uma análise do dispositivo legal associado a uma breve análise histórico comparativa, demonstrar a evolução do tratamento legal dado as startups e aos investidores anjo e os seus respectivos impactos no campo jurídico e empresarial, tanto no cenário Nacional, quanto estrangeiro. Da mesma forma, o trabalho busca demonstrar os impactos econômicos que poderiam vir a ser alcançados pelo referidos dispositivo legal, caso não fosse vetado o sétimo artigo do texto original do Projeto de Lei. Por fim, este trabalho pretende, de forma sugestiva, endereçar pontos ignorados pelo Marco Civil das Startups e que poderiam favorecer e fomentar ainda mais o abastado ambiente jurídico- econômico brasileiro.
dc.description.abstractThe present paper aimed to analyze and understand the legal regulations of startups, especially the figure of the “angel investor” with the advent of Complementary Law No. 182 of June 1, 2021 and its respective vetoes. Based on an analysis of the legal provision associated with a brief comparative historical analysis, demonstrate the evolution of the legal treatment given to startups and angel investors and their respective impacts in the legal and business field, both in the national and foreign scenario. Likewise, this paper seeks to demonstrate the economic impacts that could be achieved by the aforementioned legal provision, if the seventh article of the original text of the Bill was not vetoed. Finally, this work intends, in a suggestive way, to address points ignored by the Marco Civil das Startups and that could further favor and foment the wealthy Brazilian legal-economic environment.
