Resumo
O trabalho tem como intuito discorrer sobre a influência da Inteligência Artificial nas futuras
relações de trabalho, e as possíveis consequências que essa acarretará, incluindo a extinção de
profissões e situações de desemprego. A pesquisa apresentada nesta Monografia baseia-se em
dados e referências mundiais, mas com ênfase particular no contexto brasileiro. Esta escolha se
justifica pelo atual período de desenvolvimento tecnológico do país, aliado ao processo em
curso de elaboração de políticas e regulamentações relacionadas à inteligência artificial. Com
o propósito de agregar conhecimento ao estudo, foi realizada uma vasta coleta de informações
sobre a história da Inteligência Artificial, possibilitando o entendimento aprofundado dos
impactos negativos, como ameaça à substituição da mão de obra humana nos próximos anos,
bem como o entendimento sobre os aspectos positivos, como o surgimento de novas áreas de
trabalho. Ao longo do trabalho, também, foi possível determinar quais as carreiras sofrem maior
risco a serem extintas pela Inteligência Artificial. Por fim, além da conclusão do estudo,
essencialmente, se fez necessário elencar as possíveis ferramentas para solucionar a
problemática, como a criação de programas de capacitação e requalificação de mão de obra
para evitar que o trabalhador se torne vítima do desemprego estrutural. A monografia adotou a
metodologia qualitativa, descritiva e de pesquisa bibliográfica, desenvolvida por meio da
análise de publicações de artigos científicos, dissertações, teses, entre outros, dando ampla
investigação do tema, reunindo informações diversas para embasar o estudo. Ademais, foi
utilizado o método quantitativo proveniente da coleta normas que regulamentem o tema.
The aim of the work is to discuss the influence of Artificial Intelligence on future work relationships, and the possible consequences this will entail, including the extinction of professions and unemployment situations. The research presented is this Monograph is based on global data and references, but with particular emphasis on the Brazilian context. This choice is justified by the country’s current period of technological development, combined with the ongoing process of developing policies and regulations related to artificial intelligence. With the purpose of adding knowledge to the study, a vast collection of information was carried out on the history of Artificial Intelligence, enabling an in-depth understanding of the negative impacts, such as a threat to the replacement of human labor in the coming years, as well as understanding the positive aspects, such as the emergence of new areas of work. Throughout the work, it was also possible to determine which careers are most at risk of being extinguished by Artificial Intelligence. Finally, in addition to concluding the study, it was essentially necessary to list possible tools to solve the problem, such as the creation of training and requalification programs for the workforce to prevent Workers from becoming victims of structural unemployment. The monograph adopted a qualitative, ddescriptive and bibliographical research methodology, developed through the analysis of publications of scientific articles, dissertations, theses, among others, providing a broad investigation of the topic, gathering diverse information to support the study. Futhermore, the quantitative method was used from the collection of standards that regulate the topic.
