| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso visa analisar a forma como o sistema carcerário adaptou-se à ideia de inserir o gênero feminino em seu contexto, evidenciando o real tratamento direcionado a tais mulheres e a inobservância das garantias presentes no ordenamento jurídico. O real propósito do estudo foi observar os direitos e políticas públicas que são reservados ao gênero, bem como se estes estavam sendo, de fato, respeitados e efetivados pelo Estado. Pertinente, inclusive, discutir sobre o efetivo motivo da inserção das mulheres no âmbito criminal, bem como da luta diária destas para obterem algum reconhecimento perante a sociedade. Ademais, relevante fez-se ainda a análise das consequências que a inserção das mulheres no sistema penal ocasiona no âmbito familiar. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work of conclusion of the course aims to analyze how the prison system has adapted to the idea of inserting the female gender in its context, showing the real treatment directed to such women and the non-observance of the guarantees present in the legal system. The real purpose of the study was to observe the rights and public policies that are reserved for gender, as well as whether these were, in fact, respected and enforced by the State. It is also pertinent to discuss the effective reason for the insertion of women in the criminal sphere, as well as their daily struggle to obtain some recognition before society. Furthermore, the analysis of the consequences that the insertion of women in the penal system causes in the family sphere was also relevant. | pt_BR |
