dc.description.abstractO presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar a condição jurídica das mulheres no acesso à educação no Brasil a partir da Constituição Federal de 1988. Para tanto, será realizado um estudo sobre o histórico jurídico do acesso à educação nas constituições anteriores a 1988, a fim de contextualizar a evolução desse direito ao longo do tempo, bem como serão examinados os dispositivos constitucionais que asseguram o direito à educação e os desafios enfrentados pelas mulheres que ainda persistem em relação à efetivação desse direito e a importância de políticas públicas e medidas jurídicas para a promoção da igualdade de gênero e raça no acesso à educação. A metodologia para o desenvolvimento desse artigo é o método de abordagem hipotético-dedutivo, como técnica a utilização de fontes bibliográficas, legislativas e estatísticas.
dc.description.abstractThis article aims to analyze the legal condition of women in accessing education in Brazil from the Federal Constitution of 1988. For this purpose, a study will be carried out on the legal history of access to education in constitutions prior to 1988, in order to contextualize the evolution of this right over time, as well as examine the constitutional provisions that ensure the right to education and the challenges faced by women who still persist in relation to the realization of this right and the importance of public policies and legal measures for the promotion gender and racial equality in access to education. The methodology for the development of this article is the hypothetical-deductive method of approach, as a technique the use of bibliographic, legislative and statistical sources.
