Resumo
Este estudo tem a finalidade de analisar a importância do gerenciamento de pessoas, durante a aplicação de projetos logísticos, inicialmente adotados pela Toyota, em seu setor de produção, porém uma grande dificuldade enfrentada pelas organizações concentra-se na problemática de garantir a sustentabilidade e a veracidade dos progressos obtidos com a aplicação destes projetos. Sendo assim, o tema proposto, tem o objetivo de fornecer base e ferramentas que impactem diretamente nos resultados, para obter-se sucesso. Para comprovação das investigações a metodologia utilizada foi à pesquisa bibliográfica com livros lançados no Brasil tanto de caráter acadêmico quanto profissional; pesquisas em artigos nacionais e internacionais destacando diferentes abordagens; pesquisa de campo realizada através de entrevistas e estudos de casos. Desta forma, existe a necessidade de averiguar as possíveis variáveis para a solução dessas dificuldades, de modo que, os resultados sejam sustentáveis e haja um equilíbrio entre razões e emoções capaz de transformar as incertezas em vantagens competitivas.
This study aims to analyze the importance on managing people, during the application of logistics projects, initially adopted by Toyota in its sector of production and to evaluate its applicability focalized on warehouses, but a great difficulty faced by the organizations, is centralized on the problem to guarantee the sustentation and the veracity of the progresses obtained with the application of this philosophy. Thus, the proposed theme has the purpose to supply some base and tools to impact directly on the results to achieve the success. For evidence of the inquiries, the methodology used was the bibliographic research with some books published in Brazil, as in character academic as in professional; researches in national and international articles emphasizing different approaches; market researches realized through interviews and study of some cases. So, there is necessity to investigate the possible variables for the solution of these difficulties, so that the results be maintained to have between reasons and emotions, capable to transform uncertain into competitive advantages.
