Abstract
O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar as influências da ambidestria organizacional na capacidade para inovação de uma empresa. Para isso, o estudo foi realizado por meio de abordagem quantitativa, aplicado em uma amostra de 71 pessoas de uma mesma organização. O questionário aplicado mensurou, a partir de três seções diferentes, os níveis percebidos de explotação, exploração e capacidade para inovação, sendo os dois primeiros os fundamentos da ambidestria organizacional. A coleta dos dados foi feita a partir de um formulário online, cujo link foi disponibilizado aos funcionários da empresa em que a pesquisa ocorreu. Os resultados demonstram que a exploração e explotação explicam 0,226% da capacidade para inovação.
The objective of this research is to analyze the influences of organizational ambidexterity on a company's innovation capacity. For this purpose, the study was conducted using a quantitative approach, applied to a sample of 71 individuals from the same organization. The questionnaire applied measures perceived levels of exploitation, exploration, and innovation capability through three different sections, with the first two being the foundations of organizational ambidexterity. The data collection was done through an online form, the link of which was provided to the employees of the company where the research took place. The results demonstrate that exploration and exploitation account for 0.226% of the capacity for innovation.
