dc.description.abstractA pandemia do novo coronavírus (CoViD-19) obrigou o distanciamento físico, desafiando nossa natureza social, e neste sentido, a tecnologia tornou a comunicação à distância aceitável e viável para várias atividades, levando a um aumento no mercado de startups. Entretanto, este crescimento forçou o sistema legal brasileiro a estabelecer regulamentos para lidar com as novas questões desse cenário em evolução. Partindo destas considerações, foi estabelecido o seguinte problema de pesquisa: “Como a criação de startups durante a pandemia impactou o mercado brasileiro e quais são os principais desafios enfrentados por essas startups em relação à legislação regulamentar existente?” O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar o fenômeno da criação de startups durante a pandemia e avaliar a adequação da legislação regulamentar brasileira para abordar as questões específicas desse cenário. Isto passa por compreender identificar as principais áreas em que a legislação atual pode ser melhorada para acomodar as necessidades desse setor em crescimento. Para este fim, propôs-se a realização de uma revisão de literatura sobre o tema, apoiado em pesquisa bibliográfica descritiva e exploratória. A pesquisa se justifica pela oportunidade de investigar as mudanças significativas promovidas pela pandemia, com foco na criação e crescimento das startups neste contexto e a necessidade de se estabelecer um ordenamento jurídico pertinente a estas empresas, que permita um crescimento que seja sustentável e inovador.
dc.description.abstractThe coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) has enforced physical distancing, challenging our social nature. In this regard, technology has made remote communication acceptable and viable for various activities, leading to an increase in the startup market. However, this growth has compelled the Brazilian legal system to establish regulations to address the new issues arising from this evolving scenario. Based on these considerations, the following research problem was established: "How has the creation of startups during the pandemic impacted the Brazilian market, and what are the main challenges faced by these startups in relation to the existing regulatory legislation?" The objective of this research is to analyze the phenomenon of startup creation during the pandemic and assess the suitability of Brazilian regulatory legislation in addressing the specific issues of this scenario. This involves identifying the key areas in which the current legislation can evolve to accommodate the needs of this growing sector. To this end, a literature review on the topic has been proposed, supported by descriptive and exploratory bibliographic research. The research is justified by the opportunity to investigate the significant changes brought about by the pandemic, with a focus on the creation and growth of startups in this context, and the need to establish a relevant legal framework for these companies, allowing for sustainable and innovative growth.
