Este relatório descreve o processo de realização de uma reportagem digital em
formato transmídia sobre o impacto dos serviços de streaming no funcionamento da
indústria fonográfica. O conteúdo da reportagem foi dedicado a entender como as
plataformas digitais para consumo de música reconfiguraram as relações dos artistas,
consumidores e da própria indústria fonográfica. Por meio de informações coletadas
em entrevistas e conversas com as fontes escolhidas, o conteúdo explora como o
streaming impactou o cenário da música independente, da música periférica e do
mainstream. Tendo como base da pesquisa bibliográfica as obras de Henry Jenkins,
Daniela Bertocchi, Marcelo Kischinhevsky e Eli Pariser, este trabalho buscou
compreender como a narrativa transmídia pode ser aplicada ao jornalismo digital na
abordagem desses novos formatos de consumo musical e ainda, como eles impactam
a cultura e a produção artística. Por meio das entrevistas, foi possível constatar que
as plataformas de streaming, assim como outras tecnologias que surgiram ao longo
dos anos, solucionaram falhas do mercado da música, mas acabaram intensificando
e criando novos impasses
This report describes the process of making a transmedia storytelling about the impact of streaming services in the functioning of the recording industry. The content of the text was dedicated to understand how digital platforms for music consumption have reconfigured the relationships between artists, consumers and the music industry itself. Through information collected in interviews and conversations with the sources, the text explores how streaming impacted the independent music scene, suburb music and mainstream music. Based on the bibliographic research, the works of Henry Jenkins, Daniela Bertocchi, Marcelo Kischinhevsky and Eli Pariser, this article aimed to understand how transmedia storytelling can be applied to digital journalism in the approach of these new formats of music consumption and also, how they impact culture and artistic production. Through the interviews it was possible to see that streaming platforms, as well as other technologies that have emerged over the years, have solved flaws in the music market, but ended up intensifying and creating new impasses
