Resumo
Esse trabalho tem como objetivo analisar e compreender de que maneira as inovações podem desempenhar um papel crucial no fortalecimento da competitividade dos empreendimentos femininos no setor de cosméticos. O contexto contemporâneo evidencia um cenário em que as mulheres têm desempenhado um papel cada vez mais proeminente no empreendedorismo, particularmente no segmento de produtos de beleza. A pesquisa buscou identificar as inovações mais relevantes no setor de cosméticos e como essas podem ser estrategicamente incorporadas pelos empreendimentos liderados por mulheres, a fim de aumentar sua competitividade no mercado. Foram explorados aspectos como tecnologias emergentes, novas formulações, estratégias de marketing inovadoras e abordagens sustentáveis. Além disso, o estudo buscou destacar desafios específicos enfrentados por empreendimentos femininos no setor de cosméticos e como as inovações podem ser aplicadas como ferramentas estratégicas para superar tais desafios. A análise realizada após uma série de entrevistas que nos permitiu examinar as experiências e trajetórias de empreendedoras no setor possibilitou uma compreensão dos fatores que influenciam a competitividade desses negócios. Concluiu-se que que as inovações nos empreendimentos femininos de cosméticos são em sua maioria voltadas ao mundo digital e com a preocupação com o meio ambiente. Observa-se que esses diferenciais contribuem para o ganho de competitividade dos empreendimentos de cosméticos liderados por mulheres.
This project aims to analyze and understand how innovations can play a crucial role in strengthening the competitiveness of women-led enterprises in the cosmetics sector. The contemporary context highlights a scenario where women have been playing an increasingly prominent role in entrepreneurship, particularly in the beauty products segment. The research sought to identify the most relevant innovations in the cosmetics sector and how these can be strategically incorporated by women-led enterprises to enhance their competitiveness in the market. Aspects such as emerging technologies, new formulations, innovative marketing strategies, and sustainable approaches were explored. Furthermore, the study aimed to highlight specific challenges faced by women-led enterprises in the cosmetics sector and how innovations 5 can be applied as strategic tools to overcome these challenges. The analysis carried out after a series of interviews that allowed us to examine the experiences and trajectories of female entrepreneurs in the sector enabled an understanding of the factors that influence the competitiveness of these businesses. It was concluded that innovations within female-led cosmetics enterprises primarily focus on the digital realm and demonstrate concern for environmental sustainability. It is observed that these distinctive features contribute significantly to the competitive advantage of cosmetics enterprises led by women.
