O objetivo desta pesquisa é demonstrar os principais aspectos relacionados à
Vitimologia, que tem por finalidade se aprofundar nos estudos direcionados àqueles que sofrem
danos nos crimes praticados. Entende-se que a Vitimologia procura analisar o comportamento
da vítima no delito, e demonstra por meio de seus dados, que certos casos o interesse da vítima
e do delinquente são convergentes. Para isso, será exposto o conceito de vítima dentro do
ordenamento jurídico, e suas principais características e comportamentos psíquicos,
sociológicos e até culturais, que interferem na gênese do delito. Dessa forma, conclui-se que
este trabalho se destina a analisar de forma abrangente, o instituto da Vitimologia, sendo elas
sua origem, importância, desenvolvimento e aplicação prática no combate à criminalidade.
The objective of this paper is to demonstrate the main aspects related to Victimology, which seeks to increase knowledge on the studies directed to those who suffer by committed crimes. It is understood that Victimology seeks to analyze the victim's behavior in the crime and show, through its data, that, in certain cases, the interests of the victim and the perpetrator are convergent. For that, the concept of the victim within the legal framework shall be exposed, as well as its main characteristics, psychological, sociological, and even cultural behavior as things that can interfere on the crime's genesis. Therefore, this work aims to comprehensively analyze the institute of Victimology, through its origin, importance, development and practical application in the fight against crime.
