dc.description.abstractO presente trabalho de conclusão de curso trata do Direito à Imagem e do Direito à Privacidade diante das novas perspectivas com o avanço tecnológico. Com a facilitação de divulgação e exposição da imagem e privacidade da pessoa humana nas redes sociais virtuais, faz-se necessário aprofundar no estudo a respeito da proteção a esses direitos da personalidade, perante as relações privadas entre os usuários da rede. O objetivo do trabalho é analisar a proteção do Direito à Imagem e do Direito à Privacidade com a transformação que a Internet proporcionou na sociedade. Especificamente, como as redes sociais virtuais transformaram o panorama de violação a esses direitos da personalidade, bem como a consequente indenização. Será elaborada a análise do Direito à Imagem e do Direito à Privacidade no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, além de pesquisa bibliográfica e jurisprudencial.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractThe present conclusion work deals with the Right to Image and the Right to Privacy in the face of new perspectives with technological advancement. With the facilitation of disclosure and exposure of the image and privacy of the human person on virtual social networks, it is necessary to deepen the study regarding the protection of these personality rights, in view of the private relationships between users of the network. The objective of the work is to analyze the protection of the Right to Image and the Right to Privacy with the transformation that the Internet has provided in society. Specifically, how virtual social networks have transformed the panorama of violation of these personality rights, as well as the consequent compensation. The analysis of the Right to Image and the Right to Privacy in the Brazilian legal system will be elaborated, in addition to bibliographic and jurisprudential research.pt_BR
