In addition, for better demonstration of the main problematic of this study, it is intended to trace the legal limits and efficiency applied to the promotion faculty at analogical and digital environments merged to each other, especially, before the fast content propagation in this new factual reality and legislative regulation barriers, reflecting on a competitively unbalanced environment, favoring, in obvious reasons, those that spread their ideals using digital communication platforms. In conclusion, to the future elections, the Electoral Court, due the technological impacts on the theme, should consider the mitigation of the rules imposed on sharing election propaganda, occasion in which, the candidates, that are defined as analogical shall have a physical and temporally expanded environment, resulting, in moments of inconstant practical result, they can spread their ideals and conquer people’s votes who are adept to their future candidacy, turning their manifesto public knowledge.
