| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho trata da reutilização de um galpão industrial e o projeto arquitetônico de um edifício de habitação de interesse social com embasamento comercial e uma praça central, no Brás. O estudo foi fundamentado através de um mergulho na história do bairro, identificando os elementos de sua memória e desmemória; a compreensão da importância da preservação de preexistências; e buscando conciliar os anseios do mercado imobiliário, tendo como diretriz a legislação prevista no novo Plano Diretor Estratégico de 2014, que delimitou ações na área de projeto, e o entendimento das demandas da população da cidade de São Paulo. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract | The following piece of work deals with the reuse of an industrial warehouse and the development of a social interest housing building with a commercial basis and a central square in Brás. The study was based on dive into the history of the neighborhood, identifying the elements of its memory and forgetfulness; the understanding of the importance of preserving pre-existences; and seeking to reconcile the desires of the real estate market, having as a guideline the legislation foreseen in the new Strategic MasterPlan of 2014, which delimited actions in the project area, and the understanding of the demands of the population of the city of São Paulo. | pt_BR |
