dc.description.abstractO presente artigo busca em primeiro lugar estudar os princípios de ESG e função social da empresa, de modo que seja possível analisar se há diálogo entre eles. Então, a partir do estudo da mutabilidade, ou não, do princípio da função social da empresa, busca também estabelecer um paralelo entre este e a implementação das práticas ESG, e analisar a forma como dialoga com esses princípios ESG, possibilitando identificar se ao implementar práticas ESG, pode se considerar que uma empresa cumprirá com seu dever de cumprir sua função social, além de estar colaborando para o desenvolvimento econômico sustentável da humanidade.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractThe present article at first seeks to study the principles of ESG and corporate social function, in a way which is possible to analyze whether there is dialogue between them or not. Then, based on the study of the mutability, or not, of the principle of the social function of the company, it also seeks to establish a parallel between it and the implementation of ESG practices, and to analyze in which way it dialogues with these ESG principles, making it possible to identify whether by implementing ESG practices a company can be considered to be fulfilling its duty to fulfill its social function, as well if it is collaborating toward the sustainable economic development of humanity.pt_BR
