| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo primordial a apresentação de estudo e breve análise acerca do posicionamento do sistema processual brasileiro durante a pandemia da Covid-19, tendo como ênfase a observância do princípio constitucional do acesso à justiça, face aos variados desafios e benefícios advindos da implementação da tecnologia no sistema do Poder Judiciário com caráter emergencial. Para a elaboração do presente artigo, utilizou-se do método dedutivo, tendo como substrato as ocorrências cotidianas derivadas desse novo cenário, com revisão bibliográfica e análise de estatísticas. Busca-se analisar o panorama da situação e a atual configuração da população brasileira frente às novas mudanças inseridas no contexto de exclusão digital face à crise pública global sanitária, a premente necessidade de distanciamento social e seu impacto na justiça brasileira. Pretende-se analisar a necessidade de adequação do Judiciário à realidade do País, sendo observadas as variantes imprescindíveis para a normatização do acesso à justiça face aos desafios dos novos tempos. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper aims to examine and brief analysis of the positioning of the Brazilian procedural system during the Covid-19 pandemic, with an emphasis on observing the constitutional principle of access to justice, in view of the various challenges and benefits arising from the implementation of technology in the Judiciary system on an emergency basis. For the elaboration of this article, we used the deductive method, having as substrate the daily occurrences derived from this new scenario, with bibliographic review and analysis of statistics. It seeks to analyze the panorama of the situation and the current configuration of the Brazilian population in the face of new changes inserted in the context of digital exclusion in the face of the global public health crisis, the pressing need for social distance and its impact on Brazilian justice.
