dc.description.abstractEste relatório embasa a Grande Reportagem Multimídia, em formato de site , “Travesti não é bagunça: mulheres trans e travestis na busca por inclusão profissional, acadêmica e social”, que tem como objetivo mostrar a realidade dessa parcela da Comunidade LGBTQIA+, considerada a linha de frente no combate ao preconceito. Por uma série de exclusões, seja no âmbito familiar, social e escolar, ao chegarem no mercado de trabalho, a maior parte das travestis e mulheres trans encontram mais uma barreira, também inundada pelo preconceito estrutural que as persegue nas outras esferas.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractThis report supports the multimedia report in website format called “Travesti não é bagunça: mulheres trans e travestis na busca por inclusão profissional, acadêmica e social”, which aims to show the reality of this portion of the LGBTQIA+ community. They are on the front line of the fight against prejudice and, in front of a series of exclusions, whether in the family, social and school level, when they arrive in the job market, most trans women find another barrier, also flooded by the structural prejudice that pursues them in the other spheres.pt_BR
