| dc.description.abstract | Ao longo da História, como também na Atualidade, verificamos a questão patrimonial como um dos principais motivadores para homicídios individuais ou em massa. Tradicionalmente, o homicídio tem sido também um assunto entre familiares, conhecidos e amigos. Esse fato não é particularmente surpreendente, dada a razoável expectativa de que alguém teria mais motivos para matar um conhecido do que um estranho, parecendo que cônjuges e outras pessoas íntimas têm a maior razão de todas para se matarem, mesmo com a crença de que os relacionamentos íntimos são caracterizados somente por ternura e amor. O presente estudo, de carácter exploratório e abordagem qualitativa, tem como objetivos analisar a dinâmica da relação afetiva e conjugal do homicida com o cônjuge, quando o mecanismo motivacional de passagem ao ato é adquirir para si todo o patrimônio do casal, e compreender as particularidades do conflito psíquico do homicida conjugal presentes no processo de elaboração e integração do ato homicida. As conclusões reafirmam as especificidades do funcionamento psicológico do homicida conjugal revelando a tendência para uma relação objetal de caráter narcisista com o cônjuge. Prevalece a dependência e vinculação ambivalente oscilando entre a idealização e desvalorização do cônjuge. Em alguns casos, a pretensão de obter o patrimônio alheio antecede a pretensão de ter uma união; em outros, o patrimônio, ao longo do relacionamento torna-se mais desejado que o(a) esposo(a), sendo a herança uma espécie de compensação a ser usufruída de maneira independente e individual, mesmo que para tanto, um crime seja cometido. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Throughout History, as well as today, we see the issue of property as one of the main motivators for individual or mass homicides. Traditionally, homicide has also been a matter between family, acquaintances and friends. This fact is not particularly surprising, given the reasonable expectation that someone would have more reason to kill an acquaintance than a stranger, and that spouses and other intimates would seem to have the greatest reason of all to kill themselves, even with the belief that Intimate relationships are characterized only by tenderness and love. The present study, of an exploratory nature and a qualitative approach, aims to analyze the dynamics of the affective and marital relationship between the murderer and his spouse, when the motivational mechanism for committing the act is to acquire for himself all of the couple's assets, and to understand the particularities of the psychic conflict of the marital homicide present in the process of elaboration and integration of the homicidal act. The conclusions reaffirm the specificities of the psychological functioning of marital homicide, revealing the tendency towards a narcissistic object relationship with the spouse. Dependence and ambivalent attachment prevail, oscillating between idealization and devaluation of the spouse. In some cases, the intention to obtain someone else's assets precedes the intention to have a marriage; in others, the heritage, throughout the relationship, becomes more desired than the spouse, with the inheritance being a type of compensation to be enjoyed independently and individually, even if a crime is committed to do so. | |
