Abstract
O presente artigo objetivou abordar a contextualização das proteções e normas
jurídicas dentro do ambiente laboral infanto-juvenil e de que forma o fenômeno da Era Digital
exerce poder sobre os infantes. Deste modo, por força da globalização da internet e criação de
aplicativos virtuais, passou-se à análise da regulamentação brasileira sobre o trabalho infantil e
sobre aquele realizado no âmbito digital, que carece de regulamentação. Por conseguinte, o
artigo analisou o conteúdo digital do canal de vídeo “Clubinho da Laura”, veiculado pelo
Youtube, à luz do ordenamento jurídico brasileiro.
This article aimed to address the contextualization of legal protections and norms within the children's work environment and how the phenomenon of the Digital Age exerts power over children. In this way, due to the globalization of the internet and the creation of virtual applications, the analysis of Brazilian regulations on child labor and on that carried out in the digital sphere, which lacks regulation, was analyzed. Therefore, the article analyzed the digital content of the video channel “Clubinho da Laura”, broadcast by Youtube, in the light of the Brazilian legal system.
