dc.description.abstractEste artigo científico aborda a temática da recuperação judicial no âmbito do agronegócio, explorando os desafios enfrentados pelos produtores rurais e empresas agrícolas e buscando soluções para reabilitar sua saúde financeira. Com base em uma análise aprofundada do contexto atual do setor. Bem como na legislação e regulamentações vigentes, são discutidos os benefícios da recuperação judicial no agronegócio e as particularidades desse processo. Além disso, são analisados os obstáculos específicos enfrentados pelos envolvidos e são apresentadas perspectivas futuras, destacando-se possíveis medidas governamentais e políticas de apoio aos produtores em dificuldades financeiras. Com o intuito de ressaltar a importância do agronegócio na economia e em nosso abastecimento alimentar, este trabalho busca oferecer insights valiosos no campo da recuperação judicial, visando contribuir para a superação dos desafios e a reinvenção do setor agrícola no futuro. O presente trabalho também se propõe a explorar os impactos socioeconômicos da recuperação judicial no agronegócio, destacando como a saúde financeira das empresas agrícolas pode influenciar não apenas a estabilidade econômica das áreas rurais, mas também a segurança alimentar da população. Além disso, serão analisadas as implicações ambientais da recuperação judicial no setor agrícola, considerando a importância da adoção de práticas sustentáveis para a preservação dos recursos naturais e a mitigação dos impactos ambientais negativos. Por fim, serão exploradas estratégias de apoio e desenvolvimento para produtores rurais em situação de dificuldade financeira, buscando identificar oportunidades de fortalecimento e inovação que possam impulsionar a resiliência do agronegócio no cenário atual e futuro.
dc.description.abstractThis scientific article addresses the issue of judicial recovery in the context of agribusiness, exploring the challenges faced by rural producers and agricultural companies and seeking solutions to rehabilitate their financial health. Based on an in-depth analysis of the current sector context. As well as current legislation and regulations, the benefits of judicial recovery in agribusiness and the particularities of this process are discussed. Furthermore, the specific obstacles faced by those involved are analyzed and future perspectives are presented, highlighting possible government measures and policies to support producers in financial difficulties. In order to highlight the importance of agribusiness in the economy and our food supply, this work seeks to offer valuable insights in the field of judicial recovery, aiming to contribute to overcoming challenges and reinventing the agricultural sector in the future. This work also aims to explore the socioeconomic impacts of judicial recovery in agribusiness, highlighting how the financial health of agricultural companies can influence not only the economic stability of rural areas, but also the food security of the population. Furthermore, the environmental implications of judicial recovery in the agricultural sector will be analyzed, considering the importance of adopting sustainable practices for the preservation of natural resources and the mitigation of negative environmental impacts. Finally, support and development strategies will be explored for rural producers in situations of financial difficulty, seeking to identify opportunities for strengthening and innovation that can boost the resilience of agribusiness in the current and future scenario.
