| dc.description.abstract | Nos últimos anos, houve um aumento exponencial do que ficou mundialmente conhecido como fake news. Esse instituto fomentou debates que envolvem não apenas o direito a informações verdadeiras, mas também o respeito à liberdade de expressão, bem como o direito à informação, refletindo sobre quais são os limites legais que, de fato, estão sendo colocados em pauta quando se fala sobre notícias inverídicas. Nesse contexto, surge o questionamento sobre a possibilidade de haver direito à censura como reflexo de tais conflitos. O presente trabalho aborda o referido instituto das fake news ou notícias falsas. A essência da presente pesquisa almeja, por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica, compreender qual a sua relação intrínseca entre a questão das fake news e a própria democracia, enfatizando o anonimato na liberdade de expressão, à luz da Constituição Federal de 1988. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstract | In the last years, there has been an exponential increase in what has become known worldwide as fake news. This institute has fomented debates that involve not only the right to true information, but also respect for freedom of expression, as well as the right to information, reflecting on what are the legal limits that, in fact, are being placed on the agenda when speaking about untrue news. In this context, the question arises about the possibility of having the right to censorship as a reflection of such conflicts. The present work addresses the aforementioned fake news institute. The essence of this research aims, through a bibliographic review, to understand its intrinsic relationship between the issue of fake news and democracy itself, emphasizing anonymity in freedom of expression, in the light of the 1988 Federal Constitution. | pt_BR |
