dc.description.abstractO presente trabalho aborda a complexa questão das redes sociais e seus inúmeros impactos, que ainda vêm sendo estudados conforme se dá a expansão dessas plataformas e serviços ao redor do mundo, contemplando as consequências psicológicas do uso severo desses apps, como também as consequências sociais; que só se tornaram possíveis por conta das novas capacidades introduzidas pelo avanço da tecnologia comunicacional. Há uma contextualização histórica a respeito do surgimento da internet e posteriormente das próprias redes sociais e o desenvolvimento da Inteligência Artificial que permitiu a criação de algoritmos que aumentam o fator viciante dessas aplicações. Em seguida, uma análise legal e teórica visando demonstrar a importância da regulação destas novas tecnologias, bem como evidenciar a lacuna legislativa existente no tocante à característica altamente viciante das redes sociais.
dc.description.abstractThis paper dives into the complex problem of social media and it´s many implications, which are still being studied as these platforms and services continue to expand Around the world, contemplating the psychological consequences os heavy usage of social medias, as well as the social consequences; which only became possible after the new capabilities introduced by the tecnological advancement of comunication. There is also the historical context of the creation of the Internet and social media itself, and also the development of Artificial Inteligence; that led to the invention of algorithms capable of making these apps even more addictive. After that, a legal and theoretical analyses with the objective of demonstrating the importance of regulation of those new tecnologies, as well as putting in evidence the lack of existing legislation in respect to the addictive fator of social media.
