Formação do pedagogo na modalidade EAD: percepção sobre competências e habilidades na prática pedagógica Pós-COVID-19

Resumo
Este trabalho foi desenvolvido para compreender formação do Pedagogo na modalidade EaD e
o impacto da pandemia COVID-19 nesse processo. Para tanto, foi realizado um estudo teórico
que envolveu um panorama acerca do curso de pedagógica no Brasil. Apoiamo-nos nos autores
BANNELL (2017), CRUZ (2008 e 2011), CHAGAS (1984) e SAVIANI (2008 e 2020).
Também foi abordada a temática da EaD no Brasil e o curso de pedagogia nesta modalidade,
referenciados pelos autores CASTRO, LITTO (2009 e 2011) e FORMIGA (2009 e 2011). E
ainda, um levantamento sobre a formação docente inicial, buscando identificar que saberes,
competências e habilidades são necessários para o pedagogo do século XXI. Neste percurso
discutimos com os seguintes autores: CRUZ, BRZEZINSKI e GARCIA. A coleta de dados foi
realizada por meio de questionário via internet, cujos sujeitos da pesquisa deveriam atender aos
critérios estabelecidos, a saber: ser estudante ou formado no curso de pedagogia na modalidade
EaD, com experiência em sala de aula. O objetivo foi compreender, por meio da percepção dos
sujeitos se a modalidade EaD ofereceu condições para uma melhor performance docente no
ensino remoto. Por fim, o resultado da pesquisa nos permitiu compreender que a modalidade
EaD oferece condições para uma melhor apropriação das tecnologias digitais na formação
inicial do pedagogo, mas revelou necessidades de revisão na estrutura do Curso seja na
modalidade a distância ou presencial
This work was developed to understand Pedagogue academic education in distance learning and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in this process. To this end, a theoretical study was realized that involved an overview of the pedagogical course in Brazil. We rely on the authors BANNELL (2017), CRUZ (2008 and2011), CHAGAS (1984) and SAVIANI (2008 and2020). The subject of distance education in Brazil and the pedagogy course in this modality were also addressed, referenced by the authors CASTRO, LITTO (2009 and 2011) and FORMIGA (2009 and 2011). And yet, a survey on the initial teacher education, seeking to identify what knowledge, competencies and abilities are necessary for the pedagogue of the 21st century. In this journey, we discussed with the following authors: CRUZ, BRZEZINSKI and GARCIA. The data collection was performed through a questionnaire on the Internet, whose research subjects should meet the established criteria, namely: being a student or trained in the pedagogy course in distance education, with experience in the classroom. The objective was to understand, through the perception of the subjects, whether the Distance Education modality offered conditions for a better teaching performance in remote education. Lastly, the result of the research allowed us to understand that the Distance Education modality offers conditions for a better appropriation of digital technologies in the initial education of the pedagogue but revealed the need for revision in the structure of the Course, either in the distance or in-person modality.
