dc.description.abstractO presente trabalho tem como objetivo debater o atual sistema sindical no Brasil comparando ao modelo sindical apresentado pela OIT. Serão abordados seus problemas e como chegamos a este sistema. Para tanto será feita uma construção histórica acerca do direito coletivo do trabalho na Europa, sua chegada no Brasil e os impactos que tiveram naquela época. Posto isso, o trabalho aborda a legislação brasileira pertinente ao tema, demonstrando os seus atuais problemas e o que nos impede de ratificar a Convenção de número 87 da OIT. Por fim, será abordado os problemas que o Brasil vive por conta da atual legislação, os projetos que tentaram e ainda tentam mudar o atual cenário de sindicatos no Brasil e o caminho a ser seguido para efetivar a liberdade sindical no Brasil.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractThis paper has the purpose to discuss the current system of trade unions in Brazil compared to the ILO model (OIT in Portuguese). This research will show how Brazil has developed its union system and the associated issues. To this end, it will be displayed the historical context of the Labor Law in Europe and the influence to the Brazilian system, covering the period of its arrival in Brazil. Furthermore, the investigation will present the Brazilian legislation which regulates the labor unions, highlighting its problems and what prevents the ratification of convention number 87 of the IOL (C087 - Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organize Convention, 1948). Finally, we will show issues related to the current legislation in Brazil, projects that are seeking or have sought change, and the path towards effective union freedom in Brazil.pt_BR
