dc.description.abstractO presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar a possibilidade da lavratura de inventário extrajudicial com testamento em Tabelião de Notas. A ausência legislativa sobre o tema torna o entendimento ambíguo para os cartorários e pode prejudicar os herdeiros tanto quanto os beneficiários do respectivo testamento. Sendo assim, há necessidade de debater sobre o tema com o fim de trazer subsídios para viabilizar o ato.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractThis article aims to analyze the possibility of drawing up an extrajudicial inventory with a will in a Notary Public. The legislative absence on the subject makes the understanding ambiguous for the notaries and can harm both the heirs and the beneficiaries of the respective will. Therefore, there is a need to debate on the subject in order to bring subsidies to make the act feasible.pt_BR
