| dc.description.abstract | O principal objetivo do trabalho foi pesquisar e demonstrar de que maneira a crise dos semicondutores impactou economicamente a produção de automóveis no Brasil. A originalidade do tema se justifica por se tratar de um tema recente e que ainda está ocorrendo no ano de 2023. Quanto ao método, o principal método utilizado foi a Pesquisa Documental, pois ao longo da pesquisa além de relatos escritos, serão analisadas fontes de dados, bases estatísticas e estudos. A principal fonte de dados utilizada ao longo da pesquisa foi a ANFAVEA. A pesquisa documental se mostrou mais adequada para o caso, pois o tema é recente e a maioria dos dados não tem tratamento analítico, as principais fontes de dados são tabelas estatísticas, relatórios (ANFAVEA) principalmente, relatórios de empresas, jornais etc. (FONSECA, 2002). Ao longo de toda a pesquisa, pode-se compreender que a escassez de semicondutores foi uma das principais causas dessa baixa produção e exportação observada. Tal escassez se deu devido ao próprio processo de fabricação de semicondutores, bem como a situação pandêmica. Pois no auge da pandemia, muitas fábricas acabaram parando a produção, e o estoque de semicondutores que estava destinado à esta indústria, teve de ser direcionado para outro setor que continuou ativo, no caso, o de eletrônicos. Este setor ficou mais forte na pandemia, pois com o advento do ensino à distância e trabalho em casa, muitos viram a necessidade de adquirir produtos. E quando a indústria automotiva resolveu retomar as produções, se deparou com uma fila para adquirir novos lotes de semicondutores, e isto acabou levando meses de espera. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of the work was to research and demonstrate how the semiconductor crisis economically impacted the production of automobiles in Brazil. The originality of the theme is justified because it is a recent theme and that is still occurring in the year 2023. As for the method, the main method used was Documentary Research, because throughout the research, in addition to written reports, data sources, statistical bases and studies will be analyzed. The main source of data that was used throughout the research is ANFAVEA. The documentary research proved to be more suitable for the case, as the topic is recent and most of the data does not have analytical treatment, the main sources of data are statistical tables, reports (ANFAVEA) mainly, company reports, newspapers etc. (FONSECA, 2002). Throughout the research, it can be understood that the shortage of semiconductors was one of the main causes of this low production and export observed. This shortage was due to the semiconductor manufacturing process itself, as well as the pandemic situation. Because at the height of the pandemic, many factories ended up stopping production, and the semiconductor stock that was destined for this industry had to be directed to another sector that remained active, in this case, electronics. This sector became stronger during the pandemic, as with the advent of distance learning and working from home, many saw the need to purchase electronic products such as notebooks, computers, screens, webcams, mice, keyboards, headphones... and so on. on. And when the automotive industry decided to resume production, they found themselves in a queue to acquire new batches of semiconductors, and this ended up taking months of waiting. | |
