dc.description.abstractThe present work aims to make a legal analysis of public policies, migration legislation and how the visibility of and access to Bolivian women migrants. Through an analysis of the conjuncture and a historical rescue this research approaches how the migratory studies approach the theme of gender, as well as uses a new methodological approach bringing the experiences of the groups of migrant women in the city of São Paulo. Thus, for the feasibility of this research, a geographic cut was made, establishing an analysis of public policies in the local sphere, that is, the city of São Paulo, including the relation of migrants and the right to the city.eng
