O intuito desse trabalho foi apresentar uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o tema “Clima Organizacional” destacando a relevância da motivação neste assunto. O que motivou esse interesse e justifica o estudo foi o desejo de entender como se descobre a satisfação ou insatisfação existente no ambiente organizacional com base na opinião dos seus colaboradores. O objetivo foi, então, investigar a relevância do clima organizacional como um indicador confiável, assim como, descrever e analisar os principais fatores que interferem na sua dinâmica e que favorecem sua eficácia nas empresas buscando um ambiente de trabalho saudável e principalmente produtivo. A conclusão foi a de que incentivos externos pesam na satisfação dos colaboradores, porém nem sempre são suficientes para reter talentos. As organizações devem estar atentas à valorização do ser humano, levando em consideração não apenas a questão remuneração, mas também a qualidade das relações estabelecidas entre seus colaboradores e como o profissional se sente frente ao papel que exerce no negócio. E para isso faz-se necessário uma pesquisa de clima organizacional, para que líderes e liderados ajam em harmonia e motivados, contribuindo para que todos, na organização, alcancem seus objetivos e metas estabelecidas.
Essa pesquisa foi baseada em método teórico bibliográfico voltado à área de conhecimento de gestão de pessoas, teorias motivacionais e modelos de lideranças. Dentre os teóricos pesquisados, os considerados referenciais nessa pesquisa foram: Ricardo Luz, Cecília W Bergamini, Carlos A. F. Bispo e Idalberto Chiavenato.
The purpose of this paper is to present a literature review on the topic "Organizational Climate" highlighting the importance of motivation in this matter. What motivated this interest and justifies the study was the desire to understand how to find satisfaction or dissatisfaction in the existing organizational environment based on the opinion of its employees. The goal was then to investigate the relevance of organizational climate as a reliable indicator, as well as describe and analyze the main factors that affect its dynamics and its effectiveness in favor companies seeking a healthy work environment and especially productive. The conclusion was that external incentives weigh in employee satisfaction, but not always sufficient to retain talent. Organizations should pay attention to valuing human life, taking into account not only the remuneration issue, but also the quality of relationships between employees and feels like a professional front to the role it plays in business. And for that it is necessary to research organizational climate so that leaders and act in harmony and motivated, contributing to everyone in the organization to achieve its objectives and goals. This research method was based on theoretical literature area of expertise aimed at people management, motivational theories and models of leadership. Among theorists surveyed considered the benchmark in this research were: Ricardo Luz, Cecilia W Bergamini, Carlos A. F. Bispo and Idalberto Chiavenato.
