Abstract
Considerando a história da formação do Brasil e fato de que a nação foi a última a
abolir a escravidão nas Américas, é notório que o preconceito de cor está
profundamente ligado a nossa maneira de se organizar em sociedade e que isso
causa sequelas irreparáveis em negros e negras que crescem sob a sombra do
racismo. Junto a isso, há de se considerar o machismo que sobrecarrega a trajetória
das mulheres e as opressões que jogam gays, lésbicas, bissexuais, travestis e
transexuais às margens da sociedade. É neste cenário de desrespeito às
individualidades que este trabalho se constrói e propõe-se, por meio de narrativas,
relatar de maneira sensível e empática as histórias daqueles que sobrevivem
diariamente nessa intersecção de gênero, raça e sexualidade. Com a produção de
uma série de podcast de storytelling, feita a partir de entrevistas dos personagens
escolhidos como fonte, pretende-se abordar as implicações que essas
discriminações exercem sobre a vida de sujeitos que a carregam. A série será
composta por quatro episódios e estará hospedada dentro de um site de livre acesso
na internet, onde poderá alcançar o maior número possível de pessoas.
Considering the history of the formation of Brazil and the fact that the nation was the last to abolish slavery in the Americas, it is well known that color prejudice is deeply linked to our organization as a society and that this causes irreparable sequels in black men and black women who grow up under the shadow of racism. Along with this, one must consider the male chauvinism that overloads the trajectory of women and the oppressions that push gays, lesbians, bisexuals, travestis and transsexuals to the margins of society. It is in this scenario of disrespect to the individualities that this work is constructed and it proposes, through narratives, to report in a sensitive and empathetic way the stories of those who survive daily in this intersection of gender, race and sexuality. With the production of a series of storytelling podcasts, made from interviews of the characters chosen as source, the objective is to address the implications that these discriminations cause on the life of subjects who carry it. The series will be made up of four episodes and will be hosted within a free web site where it is expected to reach as many people as possible.
