Abstract
: O presente trabalho visa analisar os critérios utilizados pelo Tribunal de Justiça do
Estado de São Paulo no julgamento de processos que envolvem direito ao esquecimento no
âmbito virtual, atentando-se, especialmente, ao critério do interesse público. Para tanto, o artigo
discorre sobre o conceito do direito ao esquecimento, como esse tem sido aplicado e qual os
critérios utilizados para julgar os casos.
This article aims to analyze the criteria used by the São Paulo Court of Justice in the judgment of cases involving the right to be forgotten in the internet, paying a particular attention to the criterion of public interest.
